Class Action Lawsuit: Have you used an ATM?

HAVE YOU used an atm machine?

Right now there is a class action lawsuit against several banks alleging that they inflated ATM fees.

This lawsuit alleges that  Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, and Bank of America violated federal antitrust laws by adopting restraints that allegedly inflated the ATM surcharges paid by the Class. 

If you used an ATM machine between October 1, 2007 and November 12, 2021 and you paid a surcharge to withdraw cash from a bank ATM in the United States, you may be a Class Member entitled to monetary compensation. The Settlement offers a Cash Payment award. Remember, It is against the law to fill out the form if you do not qualify.

All you need to do is click this link and complete the short form by May 11, 2022 to submit your claim.
